Whether it’s fish and chips on the beach at sunset, canapes for a group of friends, a banquet to share for a special occasion, or an intimate restaurant-quality sit-down meal, the Barra Buoys can do it all. They’ll even prepare and cook your catch of the day!
Whatever you want, they can create it. Or, if you’d rather do it yourself a Barra Buoys chef can teach you how, with a private in-house cooking lesson.
Fraser Island spanner crab chowder, Hervey Bay scallops, Slow-smoked lamb shoulder, Rannock Farm quail, Coconut and passion fruit crème caramel, or Tropical pavlova. These are just some of the very tasty menu items that are on offer.
All ingredients are locally and sustainably sourced, and menus can be adjusted to cater for all dietary requirements.
