Welcome to Noosa’s Las Rias Apartments.

A waterfront oasis of secluded luxury, Las Rias is situated right on the Noosa River on the point at Quamby Place, Noosa Sound. The 180% views across the Noosa River from every apartment are breathtaking - south across Noosaville, west to the Noosa Hinterland and north through to the river mouth and Laguna Bay.

Las Rias accommodation includes spacious two and three-bedroom apartments along with multi-level three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

All apartments are self-contained with fully equipped kitchens, television and video with pay TV, free wifi, direct dial telephones, private BBQ, washing machine and dryer, ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom and large balcony or terrace overlooking the water.

Guests enjoy the heated pool, sauna and private jetty and our friendly reception staff can book tours and activities and advise guests on what to see and do in Noosa. Our Noosa Heads accommodation is located just a short walk to Main Beach and Hastings Street’s fine dining establishments. It is only a few doors from the famous Wasabi and Ricky's restaurants and other leading eateries in Noosaville.
