We have been holidaying at Las Rias for the last couple of years and keep returning with enthusiasm as often as possible. We have 2 young children who cannot wait to run outside and enjoy what the surroundings have to offer. It is our preference to stay in the ground floor apartments as it makes our lives easy, allowing the kids the flexibility to play inside or out whilst my husband fishes from the jetty or the beach in front of our apartment. The sunsets are quite spectacular and make for a lovely evening with the kids, playing on the beach whilst we sit and relax observing the spectacular colours in the sky. Hastings Street is an easy walk away and sometimes not even a necessary outing as the new Quamby place development has some excellent restaurants and facilities. I would highly recommend Las Rias as a fantastic family holiday. In fact, I have heard the same from the many people that we have interacted with on the beach outside the apartment, most of whom return on an annual basis with their famil
Las Rias - Don & Heather Horsefield
Heather and I have stayed at all apartment establishments at Quamby Place,the best site in Noosa as far as we are concerned and Las Rias is by far the best. Accessibility to the apartment we usually rent (via underground parking and the lift), using the shopping trolley to move our bags and supplies is so effortless and much appreciated. Then there is your good self, always helpful and pleasant. And of course the apartment itself with its comfort and beautiful views, and our own private beach. Can't wait to come back. Las Rias Stay - Mary Costello
As a family we have been holidaying at Noosa Sound for many years. We recently stayed at Las Rias for my sister’s wedding and had a wonderful time with all of the extended family staying in others units in the complex. The set up was ideal as the ground
floor units merged together at sunset to take in the amazing vista and have an alfresco dinner utilising the BBQ facilities available at the unit. Several people who came into the units were so impressed that they too have booked Las Rias for upcoming family
events. We believe Las Rias offers a very special holiday location with its outlook, private beach and jetty; we were very sad to have to leave and are certainly looking forward to making it an annual holiday location.

A great venue for a small family beach wedding and wonderful, accommodation on Noosa Sound. We have been coming back for the last 8 years at least, and our daughter was married on the pontoon with celebration drinks on the sand. It will always be one of out best memories

Having been property owners on Noosa Sound in the past, discovering Las Rias has provided us with our new second home in Noosa without the worry of tenants, maintenance etc. Highly recommend the managers as well as the accommodation.

Dear Marianna Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed our stay last week at Las Rias. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable few days. The apartment was quite suitable for our needs and we loved the outlook - watching the life of the river and the weather coming from the distance. Thank you for your kind assistance.
