ground floor

Our ground level apartments have private garden area with the access to private beach. There is 2 bedroom + studio and 3 bedroom apartments on this level.  All the apartments have two bathrooms; an ensuite and second bathroom with laundry facilities. All our apartments have fully equipped kitchens with oven, cooktop and microwave & dishwasher. There is a full size fridge freezer and another bar fridge. All our apartments also have their own BBQ on the patio and outside furniture. These apartments have spectacular views of the river.

first floor

You can find two 3 bedroom and four 2 bedroom plus a studio apartments on first level. All apartments have two bathrooms being an ensuite and second bathroom with laundry facilities and fully equipped kitchens, BBQ on the balcony and outdoor setting. 

This means that you can enjoy beautiful river views right from the comfort of your apartment.

townhouse

The Townhouses are located on the 2nd and 3rd levels with the living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are at the front opening onto a balcony overlooking the river. There is two bathrooms and laundry facilities upstairs.

There is also a powder room downstairs. 
The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a good sized dining living area. 

penthouse

This is our penthouse situated in the middle of the complex on the 4th and 5th levels. Access is by lift. This is a very large 3 bedroom penthouse with living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom with ensuite with a spa bath, and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. All of these bedrooms open onto a large balcony. There is a second bathroom on the upper level with laundry facilities. Downstairs there is a 3rd bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large dining living area, with a separate TV area. The penthouse offers spectacular views over the Noosa River and out to Noosa Heads.
